Manhattan Short Film Festival set to screen across =
Europe, North, South & Central America; September 23rd thru 30th, 2007. =
Audience's Votes =96 winner announced in Union Square Park NYC. Early =
Call for Entries Deadline March 31st 2007.=20

Filmmakers have until March 31st to submit their =
entries into the 10th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival (MSFF) to =
take advantage of the Festival's Early Deadline and reduced entry fee. =
The MSFF will take place in over 200 cities in three continents from as =
far north as St Petersburg Russia to as far south as Buenos Aires =
Argentina during the last week of September 2007. Regular deadline for =
entries is July 31st.=20

SCREENPLAY COMPETITION: =20

The MSFF also holds a screenplay competition for =
short screenplays under 20 pages and under in length. The Finalists will =
be offered lodging in the Gershwin Hotel in NYC for the week prior to =
the Manhattan Short Film Festival, where they will be asked to cast =
their screenplay for a staged reading with local NYC actors. On =
Saturday, September 29th, the screenplays will be read to an audience =
who will vote for their favorite screenplay. The winning screenplay will =
