Can any cinemaphiles out there suggest feature films (past 20 years, say) that include scenes of European cities from 1865 - 1870--
London, Rome, Paris, Liverpool, Brussels, Nice . . .
Beacon Hill or Boston-ish scenes (cobblestone streets, horses and carriage, but no electric lamps!)

A group presenting material on Louisa May Alcott is looking for scenics (they have checked out the 1994 Little Women)
Second question of the day, but a little more fun this time . . .

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
