RE: [Videolib] I Have a Dream speech

I have that speech (among others) on a spoken word CD and that is OK to
play for a crowd as audio books and the like do not fall under the same
restrictive PPR rules. I may be sparking yet another fascinating
copyright debate, but I did my research on this when I played language
CDs during our campus' international week celebration. Also, it may be
quite powerful to play the speech to a room full of people as though
they were listening to it at the time rather than watch it.
If you have not already considered it, it may be a great solution..

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
