Good morning, everyone. I'm looking to tap into the collective wisdom of
the list. A faculty in our film department is interested in venturing
into media studies and hopes to find information on audience
demographics for American game shows, like The Price is Right, Wheel of
Fortune, and Deal or No Deal. Does anyone know where I would be able to
find information on who is watching these shows--breaking the numbers
down by age, gender, race/ethnicity, etc.?

Best wishes,

Leigh Anne

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
