We aggressively pursued this title for three years, through various BBC
contacts, all of which have neglected to return mail, email, and phone call
attempts to communicate.

The ultimate response came from Caroline Tempest at BBC Learning in
September 2005

<<BBC Learning can sell programmes to organisations for educational,
training and cultural purposes providing we hold the relevant rights. The
basic price of a programme is 195 + delivery and vat, though discounts
apply for multiple orders.

Unfortunately the relevant rights on this series have expired. I'm sorry to
disappoint you.>>

Unfortunately, a link for purchase is still up here:

IF you are successful in acquiring this title, please let us know... MANY
are still interested in acquiring it.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
