[Videolib] anyone collecting in PAL or region-free formats?

I've had requests for some titles that are available only in region-free DVD format, and up till now I've told clients we can't buy them, because we don't have a region-free player. Well, now we have two: one for a dubbing rack, one for special events.
Does anyone out there collect region-free DVDs?
My boss is reluctant to start collecting these . . . what does everyone think?

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
