We charge for "avoidable" damage, such as melted in the car, baby chew =
marks along the edge, broken, lost disc or cover art, gouges. We do not =
charge for wear and tear- case worn out, disc has wear scratches on =
playing surface, it is stuck in their machine (they need to take the =
player in and get it taken out, we don't do that). If I can find a =
replacement disc ( I will look on ebay and just about anywhere) I just =
charge them for that disc. If I have to buy a new set then I charge them =
for the set. A three disc War and Peace set just aint any fun without =
part 2 :)

Would some of you weigh in on your replacement/payment policy for =
lost/damaged dvds? Also what do you charge for a single disc missing from =
a multiple disc set?
