[Videolib] "fair use" article

I was out of town last week but I did not see this fascinating article from
the Times posted so here it is. FYI I think it's discussion of "Fair Use" is
fairly standard and accepted and obliterates any idea the it could ever be
used as a justification for showing an entire work

Also DOES ANYONE FACT CHECK AT THE TIMES?? Interesting director for
BREATHLESS
