Umbanda (Disappearing World series)

Does anyone know where I can purchase a copy of Umbanda: The Problem
Solver, directed by Stephen Cross, part of the Disappearing World series,
originally distributed by Films Inc?

Films Inc is out of business. I was directed to Public Media Inc, 5547 N.
Ravenswood Avenue, Chicago 60640, but that order was returned as
"Attempted---Not known."
I haven't been able to turn up a copy on any of my video sites.

Help?
