Some others to consider:

1776
Casablanca (especially the scene where the crowd in Rick's sings the
Marseillaise)
Devils on the Doorstep (China)
Ivan the Terrible
Jose Rizal (Philippines)
Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India
The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp
The Life and Times of Rosie the Riveter
Lives of a Bengal Lancer
Moscow on the Hudson
The Missiles of October
The Patriot
Patriot Games
The "Profiles in Courage" series (especially the episode on Mary S.
McDowell)
Rocky IV
Star Trek: Insurrection
The "Why We Fight" series
Yankee Doodle Dandy

I would take issue with "Triumph of the Will" as being patriotic - it's
about fanaticism and loyalty to one individual (Adolph Hitler) - but
that is also why it should be included in a series on patriotism.
