Hi all,
Our library has recently begun to make preservation copies of =
deteriorating videos and there is some confusion in the department about =
whether the restriction on circulation (the requirement that the copy =
not leave the premises) only applies if you make three copies, not one. =
I'd be very grateful for your opinions and comments. The applicable =
