he's asking about?
"I am trying to find a movie I once saw
Has anyone ever seen a beautifully shot film (on 16mm I believe) all
about water towers in nyc?
If you have even the slightest lead to figuring out what film I am
referring of how I might be able to track it down- it would be extremely
helpful!
