Hi-
We keep very close track of license agreements for videos because of our
pretty much wide-open ILL policies, and the fact that we give out many
community borrower's permits as a state institution. =20

I put the information in the 540 field of the bibliographic record and
we also sticker them. We try to keep a copy of the license agreement
with the physical item too. I also code public performance rights
information in the 540 field.

Some of our collection management librarians begun to purchase newer
items that are expensive in videotape format instead of DVD because our
DVDs weren't holding up on ILL. =20
