It was origin= ally distributed by Cinecon 20 years and is almost surely LONG expired
What this means is that the US rights would revert back to the original sal= es agent
slash distributor and would take some work to track down

FYI now you see how much fun these right are to figure on foreign titles

One website claims that October Films is now USA = Films, but the link to the USA Films website doesn’t work.
