[Videolib] Need distributor info for "Madness"

I'm looking for a copy of a series produced jointly by the BBC and
PBS in 1991-1992 called "Madness." It was presented by Jonathan
Miller and was issued in a series of 5 videotapes with the subtitles,
"To Define True Madness," "Out Of Sight," "Brainwaves," "The Talking
Cure," and "In Two Minds."

Every review or catalog record I see lists "PBS Video" as the
distributor, but it must be long out of print (or distribution) from
them as it doesn't appear anywhere on the website.

Any ideas?
