RE: [Videolib] DVD Region Coding

The software itself normally doesn't do the region changes itself, it
normally just directs the DVD drive to change regions. Using different
software shouldn't change this.

I have read that at least Windows 2000 (and possibly XP) has some kind of
region limitation in the registry that some programs use as well.
