Not sure what you mean. You need not pay attention to "home use only" as
there is no such thing under copyright law. Any legal video can be used IN A
CLASS ( limited to the students who are enrolled in that class) or kept in a
library for circulation to students. A company the size of WB is in no
position to limit such a thing by contract as they are selling quantity

It does of course mean these titles would not have PPR rights
