This is definitely a Columbia title and should be covered
My best guess is that when Columbia did a reissue at least a year or more
ago they put it on moratorium for public showings as they did not want it to
interfere with the reissue. Swank more than likely forgot to check back and
make it available again. I suggest you call them and ask them to do so.
This would not be the first time something like this happened so it
definitely worth asking them to check
