Obviously you don’t need PPR but if a company is the only legal sourc= e for something they can
pretty much ask what they want ( not that you have to buy it) Make SURE the= re is no other possible
source for the title and if you post it on the group someone may be able to= help

We're looking to purchase a title from them but t= hey are asking for PPR rights costs in contract form. I know I don't n= eed them but am willing to pay if the instructor that initiated the request = really has to have the title. What worries me about the company is tha= t they've contacted us with three different costs for the very same PPR cont= ract.
