Hello,

What is the calculated cost to loan a popular motion media title to the
public? If it is less expensive to have the private sector loan a title,
shouldn't that be the way to go?

The same thought process should be applied to interlibrary loans. The cost
per circulation approaches $35.00 in our operation.
