[Videolib] PPRs vs. Limited PPRs

O video gurus....

I'm trying to come up with some short definitions of the
various catagories of performance rights.

My question: Is there any real difference between "PPRs" and
"Limited PPRs," and if so what is it? "Limited PPR" is a
PBS Video designation that I don't think I've seen elsewhere
(though I could be wrong)

As they say in the old country....
