Dear Jeff,

a classical title about the bombing of Berlin (including the results)
is:

Bomben auf Berlin: Leben zwischen Furcht und Hoffnung
by Irmgard von Zur Mühlen, Berlin: Chronos Film, 1983

Residents of the German capital try to cope with the Battle of Berlin.
They rescue their belongings, search for new shelter, and clear away
rubble, until the city is finally captured by the Red Army. Goebbels did
not want these pictures to be shown publicly, so they are only now
available for viewing after lying in Moscow archives for almost 40
years. Germany, 1989, b&w, 90 minutes, German commentary.

I suppose no longer available in the US but there are rental copies
available from

(Berlin under the Allies)
Irmgard von Zur Mühlen, Berlin: Chronos Film, 1983
Uses archival film to illustrates the history of Berlin from the end of
World War II through the division of Germany into East and West in 1949.
