Responding to previous question:
Has anyone who has started using the "installation kit" continued to have
problems with DVDs after applying the security strip per the new
instructions provided by 3-M?
I am beginning to have the same concerns that Joseph shared regarding the
3M overlays for DVD security. So far, all of the new DVDs that we have
placed the overlays on using the "application kit" have worked without
excessive problems. However, a significant number of the DVDs that we
replaced overlays on (using the kit), work okay initially, then come back
with problems again.
So, it seems too soon to know for sure - but I'm getting really
frustrated. We have hundreds that may need the replacement.
