[Videolib] INSIGHT MEDIA VIDEOS ON GEOGRAPHY

I understand the reasoning here but I find it disconcerting that people feel
reluctant to discuss legitimate issued of potential interest to the whole
list. I am well aware that these things can stir up a pot of trouble so I
don't want anyone to do anything they are uncomfortable with but just
pointing out that a listserv designed to be open forum on such issues feels
pressures to go off list ( and I have done so myself).
