[Videolib] PAL to VHS

I suppose this is a variation on a much harangued theme, but I thought I'd
throw this out for an opinion anway.

We have an instructor here who wants to purchase Roberto Rosselini's VIVA
L'ITALIA. It is available from Transglobal Books in PAL standard, but for
an additional modest fee they will make a VHS copy and send both videos to
us.

I'm willing to deal with the moral implications of this, but what are the
legal ones if we spring for the dup?

P.S. for the record, I DID NOT get any leads on Claudia Shear's Blown
Sideways Through Life (for those of you who have/will have asked)
