[Videolib] looking for silent film, La Nave (1919)

Do you have any reason to believe it EXISTS at all?
99% of films from 1916 would not and the odds of it being on
video/dvd or 16mm are astronomical. IF you want to know if it
exists , call Library of Congress or some institution which has
the FIAF database for archive holdings but unless it shows up AND
someone can travel to an archive , I would not get my hopes up
