[Videolib] more on cataloguing

I guess I made it clear I'm not a cataloguer when I sent the note yesterday
with the MARC info.
The special tags are 506 and 540 for noting restrictions. Please replace
what I said in yesterday's message with these fields.

As one of my library school profs said: you don't have to remember the
MARC tags, but YOU WILL.
Well, I guess he was wrong.
