[Videolib] copyright question: fair use or not?

Isn't it the job of librarians to provide patrons with more than
just so called popular films ? Why show them CITIZEN KANE, GRAND
ILLUSION or THE THIN BLUE LINE ( to name just of few of those "classic"
films libraries always want to seem to program) when you can give them
an opportunity to see HOWARD THE DUCK, PLUTO NASH & DEATH TO SMOOCHY ?

You really should broaden your horizons
