[Videolib] Closed Captioning Question

I am not sure what to do when I get repeated requests for permission to
caption the SAME film from different institutions. I am more than happy
to grant permission but we don't have a dialogue list for our English
language films and I assume it would save time if one place that had
already done it could loan the info to the "next" place. I am afraid
I don't keep a file on these. Is this kind of info on OCLC so that
a school could borrow this ? I think I have had maybe 20 plus requests
for DAUGHTERS OF THE DUST and about as many for BELLE OF AMHERST and
I would like to save people the trouble of duplicating work someone else
has already done. Not a big issue but if anyone can give me info on this
I would appreciate it.
