Apparently the Full Frame festival also has some subsidiary rights to it as
part of a shorts compilation, in case you want to explore that route.

Well does it exist on VHS/DVD if so on what label?
As I mentioned before in many, many cases ( the majority due to sublicensing
deals by studios) the company with the home video WON'T own PPR but
they CAN tell who does ( not that they may want to spend time on this).
Only other thing I can think of is to somehow to try to contact
Mira Nair directly which is possible but may take a lot of work.
