RE: [Videolib] ILL question

I'm joining Barb Bergman on the soap box. We loan to our students,
faculty and through ILL. I've kept careful records during the past 2.6
years since we started this; we have lost 1 item. The borrowing library
paid for it; their patron just disappeared--no phone or other contact
information.

We do advanced booking for faculty, and some titles that I know are
heavily used we refuse to loan. So far we have had no complaints about
materials being unavailable.

I don't discriminate--we will loan to those who don't--why punish the
patron for the institution's restrictiveness?
Off the soap box.
