I have a persistent patron who is looking for a video that deals with
appropriate language with patients and/or staff in the medical field (that
is, no cussing, no slang, etc.). I found quite a few communication videos
such as the "Communicating with Patients" series, but nothing specific on
the cussing and slang aspect (I guess that would be common sense to most of
us).
