[Videolib] Archival/public domain footage

Hello vidlibbers,

I'm a grad film student in Chicago needing to obtain
some "found footage" for a documentary project I'm
working on. Specifically, things relating to the
petro-chemical industry and its myriad of connections
to the government, public policy, etc. Educational
films, public service announcements, etc. are really
interesting. Also anything to do with alternative
energy is wanted. Any suggestions of places to try?
Like so many others, I'm looking for things on the
cheap since my "budget" is all my own (and that of the
generosity of my Uncle Sam's student loans). It's a
very tongue-in-cheek project, so things that could
serve that would be prized.

Thanks in advance,

B. Rich
