Ours is part of the Public Services (Reference, Government Documents, Access
Services [Circulation, Current Periodicals and Reserve], Government
Documents and Interlibrary Loan) division of the library. I report to the
Assoc. Dir. of Libraries as do all dept. heads in Public Services.

Subject: [Videolib] Informal Quick One Question Survey: Organizational
Structure

For Academic Media Librarians::

Can you tell me where your Media Center/Services Department belongs
in your overall Library structure/organizational hierarchy?

Is it part of Reference? Circulation/Access? Systems? Independent?

Any info regarding reporting structure is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Lisa Flanzraich
