[Videolib] Theft of the library's art work

I finally decided, after years of having videos & CD's languishing
on the processing shelves, that we would treat any item returned without
the graphics (that would include CD booklets) as damaged items and they
would be treated accordingly. We charge the same as if the item itself was
damaged since in a sense it is, and that means the cost of replacement.
Without the graphics a video or DVD is virtually worthless. We never had
the
time to make new covers before and with budget cuts, we certainly don't have
time now. A graphic pulled from a website will never look as good or contain
all the information of the original. CD booklets are also an essential part
of the item.
Just my two cents after working in media for 30 years. Ouch!
