--- If the vendor sends one, we file it. For vendors like PBS who send
a copy of the agreement with every shipment, I keep just one copy.

---- We treat the entire collection as NOT having PPR. We do have the
agreements on file, though, so if necessary we can check. So far, it
hasn't been.
