I have a question regarding screeners. An instructor who is also a member
of the Academy of yadda yadda would like to donate a large collection of
the material that is sent to him by the august governing body. However, I
am quite sure that all of this material falls under the category of
screener, and I believe that there are copyright considerations to
be....well, considered! I'm a wee bit hazy on this one; can someone help me
out? As much as I'd like the material, and as much as the instructor in
question would like to divest himself of same, I need to know the legal
ramifications.
