Dear Robin,

doesn't seem to be available in the U.S. on video yet. In the meantime
you can get it from the U.K.
http://www.artificial-eye.com/dvd/ART240dvd/main.html
in PAL on VHS and DVD (probably region code 2) both with english
subtitles
by mail order directly from Artificial Eye or
from Blackstar http://www.blackstar.co.uk/video/item/7000000078340
or Amazon
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000094P1N/qid%3D1062159085/202-7605024-5003845

You need a multistandard videoplayer (NTSC/PAL) or a multistandard
(NTSC/PAL) and codefree DVD player.

With kind regards
Peter Delin/Videolektorat
