Jim --

My Recorded Books rep visited a couple of weeks ago and told me about the
plan. He said the dvds had "public performance rights" but didn't say
anything about a subscription or just one public performance. I gave him a
verbal p.o and signed no kind of agreement at all.

We got the first shipment last week -- dvds and posters. There was a
letter in it saying that our subscription only entitled us to one public
performance. I could find no copyright statements on the containers or
before the title mentioning anything such as "unauthorized exhibition" or
"home use."

No matter what, I think the product and price is great.
