They provide us with a non-MarcoVision tape. So that is not suppose to be the problem. But I have wondered if the fact that they have to create that type of tape for our use, maybe that does cause the problems. My other thought is that something is going on when these are being duplicated.

Right after I sent this request, the 5th tape I picked up from the series was perfect, captioning wise. This just drives me crazy. Thanks, Kathleen
