I would advise the film maker that depending on his use, he may not be
required to obtain permission. Only by standing up for Fair Use by others,
will it preserved when we need it ourselves.

Subject: [Videolib] rights to Bunuel films?

Good Afternoon:

I just got a bizarre email from a doc. filmmaker who thought I owned the
rights to a Bunuel film called Living in a Reversed World. I
wish! :) Anyone know who might be able to grant permission to use a clip
of this film in a documentary?

Best,
Becky
