[Videolib] Foreign language instruction on DVD

Can someone give me guidance for choosing a good instructional
program on DVD or VHS for learning French and learning Spanish?

I am considering FRENCH IN ACTION from Annenberg CPB, but it is
$500.00. Also am considering DESTINOS $700.00. The cost seems
very high for expected usage here in my public library setting,
plus I have concerns about the ability to secure replacement tapes
when some of these become lost or damaged.

Is there a good video program, with replacement tapes possible,
that would be in the range of $100 or less?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
