The "Democracy Now" that I am familiar with is a TV/radio show that airs for one hour each morning on Pacifica Radio. A video or audio copy is usually available for each broadcast. If the patron is looking for a particular segment, you may be able to search for it by date in their archives. The website is <www.democracynow.org> - I believe that you should be able to order a copy off their website.

Good luck.
