Although this message is primarily for media distributors, I'm open to
feedback/comments from anyone.

Does anyone know if there is a complete list on the Internet (or in a
private file) of distributors who sell digital licensing for their
videos and DVDs? I have a few companies listed from the National Media
Market.

Can someone give me a sample cost analysis on how much more a digital
license fee would cost considering the institution already owns the film
and PPR? Is it a one time fee, or must a media collection manager renew
the license time after time?

For example: Documentary-60min. (any title) 290.00
PPR

Digital License Fee ?

I would also like to hear from other academic institutions who have
purchased digital licensing for their collection. You can e-mail me
