We have in our film collection "Cinque - Prince of Freedom " . It is available from the filmmaker in video. You can contact him at moses.prince@snet.net

This is the description:
Local history of black slaves from Sierra Leone who escaped their captors aboard the Amistad only to run aground on Long Island. During their long fight to win their freedom they were in Farmington, CT, where carriages to rush them to Canada via the Underground Railroad should the court case go against them were kept ready night and day. Important film by Hartford filmmaker Moses Price, who undertook extensive research, interviewed many in Connecticut, some descendents of those who helped the Prince of Mende when he lived among them. Fascinating fare about a real life hero.
