No that you want to re-invent the wheeel here but, as it appears to be a theft originating inside, you must tighten security and pool your "suspects". Obviously someone is making a profit from all of this and it isn't you. Day and evening personnel should be queried to find out where the hole is in your operational procedures. Staff will have to be more pro-active in stopping this as it will deplete your collection. First it will be the DVD's, next it may be the equipment.

Just out of curiosity, have you checked the local stores or done a search on
ebay by location to see if you can discover who's stealing the DVDs?
