Humor aside, (and you should know that BPL has only the VHS of To Sir, with
love) does this not point out the need to have the cataloger look at the
item
in hand?!!!!

Catalogging problem:

Columbia's DVD of James Clavell's "To Sir, With Love" (1966) [Cat #03296]
claims to have both widescreen and fullscreen versions on separate sides of
a flipper disc. Unfortunately, the widescreen side actually contains a print
of "Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla" (1994).

Right now, we have an errata sticker inside the keepcase to alert patrons,
but we are wondering how other libraries handled catalogging it. As a lark,
did anybody bother to separately catalog in the big green fire-breather as a
separate bib item? Inquiring minds want to know...
