16 mm films

Hi,
Perhaps this has been discussed before, but I'm rather new to this list.

Our library want to purchase a 16mm copy of THE THIN BLUE LINE. We don't
normally collect 16mm--and on the rare occasion we have wanted one, we have
obtained it from Swank. Swank isn't willing to provide this title for
us--"not economically feasible".

So, any suggestions?
