Catalogging problem:

Columbia's DVD of James Clavell's "To Sir, With Love" (1966) [Cat #03296]
claims to have both widescreen and fullscreen versions on separate sides of
a flipper disc. Unfortunately, the widescreen side actually contains a print
of "Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla" (1994).
Our first copy of this DVD had this problem, we returned it to our vendor and
got another copy that was manufactured correctly.

Right now, we have an errata sticker inside the keepcase to alert patrons,
but we are wondering how other libraries handled catalogging it. As a lark,
did anybody bother to separately catalog in the big green fire-breather as a
separate bib item? Inquiring minds want to know...
