Hello all,
Are far as DVD players go we have a small hodge podge of stand alone
units. We decided not to go with combos due to repair concerns. We
have a couple Panasonic DVD RV31's, A couple low end Norcent DP300's,
and a couple JVC XVS 30's. No problems with any of them. I personally
have a Sony at home, I can not remember the model, but I like it because
unlike my work units, I can operate menu functions from teh front panel
without the remote. They have not circulated much but we expect that to
change in the coming quarters. So far, knock on wood, there has been no
problems.

Merry Christmas to all of you, and best wishes for a
very happy new year!

now, back to business. We are needing to hand in
equipment requests for the 2003-2004 budget cycle. Can
you guys tell me what kind of set-up and/or equipment
you use?

are you using the combo dvd/tv sets or dvd player with
monitor (what size?) or PC with dvd drive or what?

thanks,
